Using Summary Box

Summary Box helps you evaluate, summarize, brief, and research web content. You are responsible for your account, your use of the service, and any content you choose to process through Summary Box.

Accounts and Access

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You may not share, resell, reverse engineer, abuse, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• We may suspend or limit access if we believe an account is being used fraudulently, abusively, unlawfully, or in a way that risks the service or other users.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans, trials, renewals, cancellations, and invoices are handled through Stripe. Prices and plan limits are shown at checkout or in-product. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage billing through the account billing page.

AI Outputs

Summary Box uses AI systems and automated extraction. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or based on source material that is itself wrong. You should verify important information before relying on it. Summary Box is not legal, medical, financial, tax, or professional advice.

Third-Party Sites and Content

Summary Box may open, read, summarize, or link to third-party websites at your direction or as part of a feature you use. We do not control third-party sites, their availability, their content, or their terms. You are responsible for complying with the rules that apply to the sites you use.

Your Content

You keep ownership of content you provide or ask Summary Box to process. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service, including generating, storing, and displaying summaries, briefs, receipts, profile context, and related outputs for your account.

Service Changes

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features. We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the site, product, or email.

Disclaimers and Limits

Summary Box is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Summary Box will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
